The lovely weather appears to have returned, slow paced sunshine days filled with washing on the line, time on my hands to cook lengthy dishes I don’t normally have time to make or eat. Evenings with enough energy left to actually crochet or read rather than just snooze on the sofa. These are halcyon days, days you don’t want to end, days you could never have your fill of.
We’re supposed to be our getting passport photo’s done today, there isn’t much sign of enthusiasm for that yet 😆 . The ‘boys’ have gone out on their bikes foraging for blackberries, leaving me here to enjoy the silence, apart from the gentle snuffles of Honey snoring here beside me on her bed. I like being alone and I relish these pockets of time in solitude.
I’ve been busy with my crochet, I’ve started a bit of a project which I won’t divulge yet as it may all come to nothing but I’ve made these little flowers and leaves which will become something pretty eventually. A few pictures to give you an idea….remember though, David Bailey I am not 🙂 ~ blurry photo alert!!
Hello S,
Lovely to “see” you again. All sounds lovely in your corner of the world.
Love,
